This student would be considered a field-dependent learner, since he relies on and is heavily influenced by the teacher, complies without issues, and he works well in groups and with his peers.  For completion of assigned tasks, he would best be suited in working with groups, performing peer collaboration, and ensuring that learning styles seems more personal and less formal.
