Parent Workshop Meet & Greet

Presentation: Greet all parents. The PPT would showcase greetings in each student's native language to show an inclusive environment. I would also have pictures that explain my objectives for the class displayed on each presentation slide. I would also try to get a representative who will be able to speak the primary language that is represented. All the information will also be uploaded online in their respective language.

 Class Display: Highlights the flags of each student's/ parent's country, which will give them a sense of pride daily.

 Does the curriculum reflect the cultural background of the students taking these courses?

 Does the curriculum not favor any one culture over another and is it impartial?

 Is the curriculum in line with the standards in Florida? which benchmarks?

 Does the curriculum allow for simultaneous learning and differentiation at all learning levels?
