Mod 5 Discussion: Formal and Informal Assessments

One formative assessment that I have used with success in my classroom is Warm Up Questions. These allow students to relate topics we have covered in the past to topics we are covering currently and allows for students to have opportunities for clarification on past topics. 

One formative assessment approach I would like to use moving forward is Exit Tickets. This allows students to share what they have learned that day and gives more opportunities for intervention should any students not understand what was discussed that that day.
