From the information given I believe the student is in the beginning stages of writing. In order to help guide this scholar to intermediate level I implement scaffolding the writing process. I truly believe students must write every day to help move the needle in their learning journey. Immediately after each writing prompt I would give the child feedback and encouragement with their writing.
