Module 3 Discussion
The language acquisition theory described here is the brain-based theory. This student is in the silent phase; therefore, she is listening and looking closely to everything going on around her. I would use visual aids, repetition of the vocabulary and group work opportunities in order to continue to engage her in the stage she is in.
