Mod 15 Video Discussion

I have used and will continue to use norms for student collaboration.  This is especially helpful for ELL students and will lead to increased independence and engagement as they participate in more small group collaboration that is structured and monitored for success. 

I will also add the feature of reflecting on the group work where the students will explain what they are proud of from they way they worked as a group.
