Mod 13 Video Discussion

Actively using the academic vocabulary and using it in sentences can be beneficial to helping students comprehend language. The teacher models the proper use of the vocabulary in complete sentences. Then, they are able to actively use word by relating to how it is used in the text.  I would use this method to help students that are struggling with comprehending text vocabulary.  Students will Think, Pair and Share with the class.
